3) Protection control circuit is provided with unique and novelty intelligent protection   
functions,such as secondary over current protection, third grade protection for short circuit,restraining high voltage pulse and contrary  electromotive force absorbed, temperature sensor,over voltage protection and auto reactivation by releasing protection in addition of generic functions which is over charge and discharge protection and auto balance and so on.
 
4) By using American new special CPU for first-rate power lithium ion battery as main
control CMOS chip,  the new protection control circuit also includes testing port for battery data write in and read out and function that the protection parameters of range and point for all of items can be settled freely,in order to match with different kinds of batteries and satisfy clients for different requirements.
 
5) The MOS tube of lower impedance of 0.3mΩ and great current is applied for the last
switch for charge and discharge of protection control circuit by multi- tubes being parallel connected, which make the capacity of batteries released at most and enhance the safety of batteries well as efficiently lower temperature of battery interior.
 
6) The configuration of shell and cells separately making cells pack as a functional and
unattached standard subassembly can facilitate products testing and improve quality of batteries. Such kind of design for battery interior configuration also benefits volume-produce and maintenance of batteries.
 
7) The samdwich configuration made up of high strength and antiburning board can
protect battery from impact of outside force to enhance, dissipate the heat of cells effectively and prolong the use life of batteries.
 
8) In order to improve the performance for vibration and impact resisting of batteries, it is
applied that cells are separate by partition to weaken the intensity of vibration and the end of leads are enveloped with glue.
 
9) In order to ensure that the battery is capable of working at great current, the main
leads are made up of pure copper weave of large section and 12 AWG silica gel wires of resisting high temperature. All linker for great current is gold-filled to reinforce its durability and reliability.
 
10) The power polymer lithium ion battery which is consist of lower impedance cells can discharge at a continuous current of 3C5A.
